Includes 2 roundabouts, 10 km. and 17 km:
The short route is 10 km long (2.5 km in a path) with 300 meters of altitude difference. This route is addressed to less experienced runners who want to join & run in the wooded West Parnitha.
The established route is 17 km long and 900 meters of cumulative altitude difference, and moves in areas of particular natural beauty of Western Parnitha, perimetrically the characteristic “Arma”, which is the natural boundary of the famous gorge of Goura. It passes through mountaineering paths, streams and forest roads that meet points of natural and historical significance for the area (Giannoula stream, Tamilthi spring, sources of ancient Fylis) and a forested area, which was saved by the catastrophic fire of 2007.
