• HALFMARATHON 21 km starting point at the Lions Gate – Archaeological Site of Mycenae.
• ROAD RACE 5 km. ASPIDA HILL – DEIRADA
• CHILDREN’S ROAD RACE 1 km.- ANCIENT THEATER

Race start time 21 km: 09:00. Due to the high temperature, it is recommended that you use light clothing, sunscreen and a hat. At each water station it is advisable to drink about 50-80 ml of water or isotonic to replenish electrolytes. Great Attention in the first 2km. of the race since it is intensely downhill and it will be good for the runners not to get carried away and run faster than the rhythm they can follow all the way. The route is suitable for achieving individual records as it has negative altitudes, so try all runners to keep your pace until the 17th km as the rest are slightly downhill. All races have a finish in the central square of Agios Petros Argos.

Race start time 5km: 9:30 for athletes over 12 years old.

Children’s 1 km start time: 12:00 for children aged 10-12, elementary school students (D, E, F Class). Eligible to participate are all athletes who will run at their own risk and must have undergone medical examinations. The application form must be signed by their guardian (for students under 10 years old who want to take part it is necessary to accompany the parent – guardian throughout the race).

RACE ROUTES:

The 21km. have a start at the Lions’ Gate, pass through Monastiraki – Panagia Varseka, before the three-lane road (Bardouva), Koutsopodi, Argos Airport, Statheikon intersection, at the foot of Aspida Hill, in front of the Ancient Theater and finish at the square Agios Petros.

The 5km. have a start at Aspidas – Deirada Hill, turn right, at the ring road at the left, before entering the castle on the left, exit at the foot of Pr. Elias, Karantza, Gounari, Ancient Theater, Theater, Danaou and finish in the square of Agios Petros.

The 1km starts at the Ancient Theater of Argos, goes down to the Theater, turn left at Danaou and finish in the square of Agios Petros.
