The Cultural and Educational Association of Gomfoni announces the holding of the 2nd Half Mountain Half Marathon Gomfi trail “In the paths of our ancestors” which will be held on Sunday, October 1, 2023 in the wider area of the Local Community of Gomfi of the Municipality of Pyli Trikala.

After the first, very successful event, we will remain faithful to our appointment on the first Sunday of October in an even more beautiful event. Our goal is to highlight the natural beauty of the surrounding area, as well as the historical and cultural heritage of Ancient Gomfa, to spread the sporting spirit, to strengthen volunteerism and to protect the environment.

The routes of the event are as follows:

1. Route “Episkopi” distance 21 km. and +450m. altitude difference.

2. Route “Filippos B'” distance 7 km. & +100m altitude difference.

3. 1000m course “Karpios Dionysos” for our little friends and athletes.

Venue: Start and finish the central square of Gomfa.
