This year’s favorite spring race will be on February 23, 2020.
The race is one of the most historic in Greece as it has been running since 1978 with the Athens Health Runners Association being the organizer of the race while AllAboutRunning has been running the event since 2009.
The following is the notice and the terms of the race:

Race distance: 21km
Start time: 9:30 am
Eligibility – Registration limit
Men and women over 18 years of age have the right to participate fully and unreservedly accept the terms of the event and run at their own risk and have recently undergone medical examinations to confirm their ability to receive place in long distance racing.
The Race has a limit of 1,800 entries and if this number is completed earlier than Monday, February 17th the registration period will expire.
The race will take place in any weather.
Runners should complete the first half of the route in 1:30 and their total effort in 3:00. Otherwise they will move at their own risk on the route.
Race track description
Departure of Agios Kosmas EASC Facilities (Akrotiri Beach Road at the parking lot of Agios Kosmas Facilities) – Poseidon Avenue to Glyfada – Successor Pavlos Street (Glyfada Beach) – Poseidonos Avenue – Konstantinou Avenue – Konstantinou Avenue – Eliou Street – Dimitris Lambraki Street – Kavouri Avenue (10.5km) and return. End with a turn in the EAKN St. Cosmos.
Note: The route will be supervised by Hellenic and Kallithea Traffic and will be bordered by cones on the right lane of the road.
On the route there will be power stations at 5km, 10km, 15km. and to the finish.
The first three (3) first men and three (3) first overall winners will be awarded as well as the respective winners of the following age categories: up to 35, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50 -54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+.
All runners who finish will be given a commemorative medal.
Cost of Participation: 10 € (16 € with technical T-Shirt of the event).
Individual registrations – Cancellation policy
All interested parties must fill in the required fields with their details in the online registration form and accept the conditions for participation in the race. Then he will have to pay the fee for the race and then his registration will be completed.
It is explicitly stated that no record transfers will be made for any reason.
If one cursor uses someone else’s number it will be canceled and not included in the results.
If a participant fails to participate in the race, he / she will be entitled to a refund of the deposit if he / she declares it up to 3 weeks prior to the race.
Except for the 21km race. There will be a 2X10.5km relay race. so that those who wish but do not have the proper fitness can take part in the race. The teams will consist of two (2) runners irrespective of gender and age.
The race will start at the same time as the 21km race. and the cursor that will run the return track to the point of change (invert) will be shipped to the event.
In the same way the first runner will return to the stadium.

Full package 35 € (Includes the Simple package plus the technical T-Shirt of the race)
2km race for children
At the same time there will be a 2km race. for children. The entry form for children must be signed by their guardian, otherwise (in case of electronic submission) the guardian should be present at the receipt of the entry number. To those who finish the 2km race. they will be given a commemorative Medal.

All children up to the age of 16 are eligible to participate, who will run under the responsibility of their guardians and should have recently been examined by a physician. The entry form for children must be signed by their guardian, otherwise (in case of electronic submission) the guardian should be present at the receipt of the entry number.
Children who finish will be given a commemorative medal.
The first three (3) first men and the first three (3) women of the age categories will be awarded: up to 7, 8-10, 11-13, 14-16.
All children who finish will be given a commemorative medal.

For this race we are acting as intermediates! This means that we do not have the exclusivity for the race’s registrations and we charge you a small fee for our services. The organizer will receive your registration though our system and you will receive both ours and the organizer’s registration receipts! In the case that registrations are closed or any other problem appears, we will return the registration fee back to you (minus the service fee). In the case that the race is cancelled, the race organizer will be responsible for the fee handling.
