The Athletic Association of Kithairon, under the auspices of the municipality of Mandra – Eidyllia in the context of mass sports, in order to upgrade sports tourism in the beautiful wider area, organize the 9th Psathathlon Triathlon Sprint Attica. The event will be hosted at Psathas beach in Attica and will take place on the 20th of May.
Races Schedule
Sprint Triathlon (individual – team) (750 m swimming – 20.4 km cycling -5 km running) Starting time 9:00 am
Aquathlon (individual only) (750 m swimming-5 km run) Start time 9:00 am
Student triathlon (100 m swimming -2 km cycling – 500 m running). Start time 11:15 am Awards 12:30 p.m.

Start-Finish: Psatha Beach.
The cycling and road marked distances will take place within the flat panoramic bay of Psatha (Circuit). It has a good road surface and controlled safety of the athletes, which is primarily the goal of the whole event, maintaining zero accidents since 2011. “Drafting” is prohibited during cycling, ie when one cyclist rides behind another to cut off the air resistance. The road route is always to the right of the road, for the correct passage of bicycles!
Registration closes on MAY 15 and no entries will be given on the day of the race
Cost: Sprint Triathlon (individual): 30 euros, Sprint Triathlon (group) 40 euros, Aquathlon (individual) 25 euros.
Triathletes must wear a cycling helmet and a swimming cap, otherwise they will not be eligible to participate! One-piece bathing suits of all types are allowed.
