On December 5, the Race of 2000 and 7000 m. Men and Women “On the Walls of Ancient Larissa” will finally be held, after the previous postponements due to the epidemiological data.

The race is organized by EAS SEGAS Thessaly, the Local Club for Unesco N. Larissa and the Ephorate of Antiquities of Larissa under the auspices of the Hellenic Olympic Committee, together with the Region of Thessaly, the Municipality of Larissa, the Association of Health Runners of N. Larissa, the Association Marathon runners of the Prefecture of Larissa, the Association of Veteran Athletics of the Prefecture of Larissa and the AS Pelasgos of Larissa.

According to the organizers, in addition to the athletes, they look forward to the participation of mainly independent runners, freelancers as well as other athletes and members of social groups who would like to participate. The start will be from the Ancient Theater and the finish will be at the same point.

Participants (via the EAS SEGAS Thessaly website) must declare that they have recently undergone medical examinations and that they are perfectly healthy to participate in the race, and that they take full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may be caused by and to the venue of the match, or during it.

For runners under 18 the entry form must be signed by the parent-guardian. Applications must be made by Friday, December 3rd.

Cups will be awarded to the top three Men-Women on both routes.
