The arched bridges, the impressive gorge of Vikos and the imposing mountain range of Tymfi, will welcome from 22/07/2023, hundreds of athletes from all over the world, who will participate in the “12th Zagori Mountain Running”, the top organization of mountain running in the country!

The organizing company “My Adventure”, promises to offer again this year, a two-day competition worthy of the expectations of participants and visitors. There will also be differences in all the racing protocols, for which we will inform in detail with new announcements, while there will be surprises, in the context of the renewal and the upward course of the Organization!
The number of Greeks participating in the two big games is determined as follows:
• TeRA 80km: 250
• Marathon +44km: 350
• Half Marathon 21km: 500
• Entry Race 10km: 500
We hope that after two difficult years that we all experienced the effects of the pandemic, we will be able to be safe to enjoy our participation in the biggest celebration of mountain sports!
In the context of the implementation of the rules of ensuring Public Health, the right to participate in the competitions of the 11th Zagori Mountain Running, have the athletes who meet the criteria, as described in the “Health Protocol Out of Stage”, announced on 1/3/2022 by the General Sports Secretariat. Relevant instructions will also be available on the race registration form.
