Tinos Running Experience returns for the 6th time to become established not only as the great runway of the year for Tinos but also for the entire Cycladic islands. The aim of the organizers is the struggle to attract Greek and foreign participations and to give the runners the chance to experience the picturesque villages and the countless museums, nature, beaches, culture and art of Tinos.
The competitions are organized by the Tinos Trade & Crafts Association in cooperation with ALL ABOUT RUNNING.
The program of the event includes:
TINOS RUNNING EXPERIENCE: Semi-marathon race
TINOS FUN RUN: Road race 10 km.
TINOS FUN RUN: Road race 5 km.
TINOS KIDS RUN: Road race 1 km for children Chora of Tinos
TINOS SPECIAL RUN: Road race 100 m for people with special needs
The start of the Semi-marathon will take place in the outdoor theater of Volaka, a village with unique natural beauty and seductive lunar landscapes, sown with hundreds of granite monoliths. The route crosses the villages of Skalados, Krokos, Komi and Kalloni with a stop in Tinos Town. Parallel to the Semi-marathon, 10 km, 5 km and 1 km and 100 m races will be held so that everyone has the opportunity to participate in this great sporting event.
For this race we are acting as intermediates! This means that we do not have the exclusivity for the race’s registrations and we charge you a small fee for our services. The organizer will receive your registration though our system and you will receive both ours and the organizer’s registration receipts! In the case that registrations are closed or any other problem appears, we will return the registration fee back to you (minus the service fee). In the case that the race is cancelled, the organizer is the only responsible for the handling of the fees.
